Tire Mounting & Inspection Policy:The warranty and inspection responsibility is strictly limited up to the mounting and inflation stage on the rim. If any manufacturing defect is identified during mounting or prior to road use, it will be entertained. Once the tire is driven on the road, no claims, returns, or guarantees will be accepted under any circumstances.
Exclusions (Non-Warranted): Damages caused by road hazards (cuts or punctures from potholes, sharp objects, or curbs), improper air pressure, incorrect wheel alignment, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
ٹائر کی وارنٹی یا ذمہ داری صرف رِم پر فٹ اور ہوا بھرنے
(Mounting & Inflation) کے مرحلے تک محدود ہے۔ اگر ٹائر کو رِم پر چڑھا کر ہوا بھرنے کے دوران
کوئی فیکٹری یا مینوفیکچرنگ فالٹ ظاہر ہو جاتا ہے، تو اس کا ازالہ کیا جائے گا۔ ایک بار ٹائر گاڑی پر انسٹال ہو کر سڑک پر چل گیا، تو اس کے بعد کسی بھی قسم کا کلیم، واپسی یا ذمہ داری کمپنی یا ڈیلر پر لاگو نہیں ہوگی۔
خارج از وارنٹی: سڑک کے گڈّوں، پتھروں یا نوکیلی چیزوں سے لگنے والے کٹس، ٹائر میں ہوا کا دباؤ (Pressure) غلط رکھنے، یا غلط الائنمنٹ کی وجہ سے ہونے والے نقصانات وارنٹی میں شامل نہیں ہیں۔
Alloy Rim Warranty & Return Policy
Design Preference / Change of Mind: Rims cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the design is disliked after delivery. Please ensure your design and size selection is confirmed prior to purchase.
Manufacturing Defects: Structural defects (such as casting flaws or severe balance issues present prior to use) must be reported before mounting tires.
Warranty Exclusions: Damages caused by road hazards, potholes, curbs, scratches, dents, improper installation, or chemical cleaners are not covered under warranty.
ڈیزائن کی پسند ناپسند: جو ڈیزائن اور تفصیلات آپ کو فراہم کی گئی ہیں، رِم ملنے کے بعد صرف "ڈیزائن پسند نہ آنے" کی بنیاد پر رِم واپس یا تبدیل نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ خریداری سے پہلے اپنے ڈیزائن کی مکمل تسلی کر لیں۔
مینوفیکچرنگ فالت (فیکٹری نقص): اگر رِم میں کوئی ساختی نقص یا مینوفیکچرنگ فالت ہو، تو اس کی نشاندہی ٹائر فٹ کرنے سے پہلے کرنی ہوگی۔
وارنٹی کا اخراج (غیر ذمہ داری): روڈ ہیزرڈز (گڈّوں، فٹ پاتھ یا کسی چیز سے ٹکرانے)، رگڑ لگنے سے آنے والے اسکریچز، ڈینٹ، غلط فٹنگ یا کیمیکل کے استعمال کی وجہ سے ہونے والے نقصانات وارنٹی میں شامل نہیں ہیں۔
